Which hair extensions are best for me?
That depends on your hair thickness, hair length, and the result you want to achieve. Do you want more volume, extra length, or both? Are you unsure? Feel free to contact us for advice. Our team is happy to help you choose the right set.
How do I choose the right color?
Our extensions are available in various carefully curated colours. If you're unsure between two shades, send us a photo of your hair in natural daylight, and we'll gladly advise you on the best match.
What length should I choose?
How many grams of hair extensions do I need?
Our sets contain 200 grams of hair. You decide how many wefts to use, depending on the thickness of your own hair and the desired volume. You do not need to wear the entire set.
For fine hair, fewer wefts are often sufficient. Do you have thicker hair or want extra volume? Then use more wefts, up to the full set.
Are the extensions made of real hair?
Yes. Our hair extensions are made from 100% real human hair. This makes them feel natural and allows them to be styled just like your own hair.
Can I curl or straighten the extensions?
Yes. Because it's real hair, you can blow-dry, curl, and style the extensions. Always use a heat protectant and avoid unnecessarily high temperatures.
Can I dye the extensions?
We do not recommend this. The extensions are professionally coloured. Dyeing or bleaching can affect the quality and is therefore not covered by warranty.
How long do the extensions last?
With proper maintenance, our hair extensions last an average of 12 to 18 months. This depends on how often you wear them and how you care for them.
Care
How do I wash my hair extensions?
Use a mild, sulfate-free shampoo and a nourishing conditioner. Preferably, let the extensions air dry and always brush them out gently.
Can I sleep with the extensions in?
For clip-in extensions, we recommend removing them before sleeping. This will help both your own hair and the extensions stay beautiful longer.
How do I store my extensions?
Store the extensions dry and neatly brushed. Preferably use a storage bag or hair extension hanger for this.
Personal advice
I don't know which set I need.
No problem. Please send us a few clear photos of your hair in daylight. Based on these, we will personally advise you on the correct color, length, and quantity.

Orders
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes. We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and the rest of Europe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will gladly see what is possible.
Can I return my hair extensions?
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period.
For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns of hair extensions if:
- the extensions are unused;
- the original packaging is complete;
- the seal and elastic have not been removed or detached.
My colour is off. What now?
Please feel free to contact us before opening the packaging. We will be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
