We naturally hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

However, should you change your mind, you can register your order for return within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with European consumer legislation.

Return conditions

To process a return, we ask you to take the following conditions into account:

• The product is unused, unworn and undamaged.
• The original packaging is complete and undamaged.
• Hair extensions must not have been worn, attached, cut, dyed, styled or washed.
• The original seal, elastic or fastening around the extensions must not have been removed or loosened.
• Unfortunately, we cannot take back products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

Therefore, always carefully check the color and length before removing the seal or taking the extensions out of the packaging. Once the seal is broken, we can no longer accept the product as a return for hygiene reasons. This is in accordance with the exceptions within European consumer legislation for sealed hygiene products.

Registering a return

Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to info@balkbeauty.com with:

• your order number;
• your name;
• the products you wish to return.

Upon receipt of your return request, you will receive further instructions.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within a maximum of 14 days via the same payment method used to place the order.

Any shipping costs for the return are at your own expense, unless the product was delivered damaged or there is an error on BALK's part.
